Machinery Stickers example.
Printed and produced this week a series of bespoke fascia equipment panels. This PVC machinery sticker was screen printed in reverse and die cut to shape using a forming knife.
The PVC used is a clear anti scratch 700 micron. With an additional durable double sided self adhesive applied to the reverse. Acrylic panels can be printed using the same screen printed techniques and laser cut to shape.
Machinery Stickers can also be produced using high tack stickers screen or digitally printed and custom kiss cut to fit exactly when applied to the unit. Using a cast vinyl the sticker molds itself around any textured areas. The longer the vinyl sticker is left the more it ‘keys in’ to the surface of the panel.
Cast vinyl machinery stickers have a colourfast UV life span of 5 – 9 years depending on the environment in which it is placed. They can be custom printed and branded to your company colour spec.
