How to apply vinyl stickers

Sometimes applying larger vinyl stickers can be a difficult task!
Whether you are applying large window stickers or car bumper stickers the following simple tips will help you apply your stickers smoothly with no air bubbles.

Tools you will need:
1 spray bottle
1 plastic or thick card scraper

1. Firstly fill the spray bottle with water and one or two drops of washing up liquid.
2. Make sure the surface is clean.
3. Peel the sticker away from the release paper backing sheet.
4. Spray both the vinyl sticker and the surface lightly with the water solution.
5. Lightly position the sticker. With your scraper press down firmly along the length of the vinyland begin to push out the excess water and any air bubbles. Continue this across the entire sticker.

You should end up with a nice smooth finish. The sticker will dry out in a few hours. For use on your vehicle. Window stickers will need slightly longer to become firmly fixed.
